Mother, 2 children electrocuted in Barishal

A woman and her two children died from electrocution in Bakerganj upazila of Barishal on Saturday afternoon. The deceased were identified as Sonia Begum, 31, a resident of Dalmara village under Niamati union, her daughter Rezmi Akter, 9, and her son Salman Molla. Bakerganj Police Station officer in-charge Afzal Hossain said the housewife and her two children came in contact with a live wire in a garden beside their home and died on the spot when they went there to pick lemon.
